Chain Lengths
Lengths are measured with the chain open, end to end. Where it sits varies slightly with build and link size.

| 18 in | Rests at the collarbone — the classic pendant length for most women. |
| 20 in | Falls just below the collarbone — the most popular starting length for men's chains. |
| 22 in | Sits at the top of the chest — comfortable over a t-shirt or with a small pendant. |
| 24 in | Hits mid-chest — a relaxed drape that suits medium and heavier chains. |
| 26 in | Falls below mid-chest — a longer look, good for layering over another chain. |
| 28 in | Reaches the sternum — a statement length for bigger links and larger pendants. |
| 30 in | Drops toward the abdomen — the longest standard length, worn loose over clothing. |
