What do you buy?

How is my gold's value determined?
Three things: karat, gram weight, and the day's gold market price. Diamonds are evaluated separately on cut, color, clarity, and carat. Everything is tested and weighed on the scale in front of you, and we explain each step before quoting a number.
Is trading in worth more than taking cash?
Yes. When you apply your gold's value toward a new piece, we add a trade-in premium on top of the cash offer — your old gold goes further as store credit than as cash in hand.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome any time the showroom is open. If you are bringing a larger collection or an estate, send an inquiry first so we can set aside time with a buyer for you.
What should I bring with me?
Your items and a valid government-issued photo ID — California law requires it for every gold purchase. Boxes, papers, or certificates help with diamonds but are never required.
My gold is broken. Does that matter?
Not at all. Solid gold is valued by weight and karat, not condition. A snapped chain weighs the same as a whole one — bring everything, even single earrings and loose clasps.
