30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

We proudly offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all STF Diamonds purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:

1. Unworn Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Inspection Period: We kindly ask that you inspect your jewelry upon receipt. Any discrepancies or defects should be reported to STF Diamonds within 7 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Refund or Exchange:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Care team at support@stfdiamonds.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

3. Secure Packaging: Ensure that your item is securely packaged, and the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

4. Return Shipment: Ship your item back to STF Diamonds using a traceable and insured shipping method. We recommend obtaining a tracking number for your reference.

Refund Processing:

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exceptions:

1. Customized or engraved items are non-refundable.

2. Items damaged or altered after receipt are not eligible for a refund.
