SHIPPING POLICY

Please take a moment to review and familiarize yourself with our shipping policy at: www.stfdiamonds.com/pages/shipping-policy and the terms outlined below before placing your order:

Packaging: Every order from STF Diamonds will include our official jewelry pouch and/or box as required. Should you wish to include a personalized note with your order, kindly inform us upon placing your order.

Domestic Shipments within the US: The majority of STF Diamonds orders are dispatched via FedEx 2-Day Air, FedEx Standard Overnight, and FedEx Priority Overnight, all equipped with tracking and complimentary full-coverage insurance. Please be advised that we require a signature upon delivery for all orders.

Complimentary 2-Day shipping is extended to all domestic online orders exceeding $500. STF Diamonds assumes no liability for lost shipments once the tracking details indicate the order has been (a) signed for and (b) delivered.

STF Diamonds holds no responsibility for delayed package deliveries due to the customer's unavailability for signature upon arrival or any unforeseen weather or technical issues faced by the shipping company. In the event your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be accountable for the charges associated with the re-shipment of your order. Opting not to re-ship your order will incur a 20% restocking fee, provided your order is deemed acceptable for return.

International Shipments outside the US: All international orders shipped by STF Diamonds include complimentary insurance and a mandatory signature requirement. Please be aware that duties and/or taxes may be imposed by the destination country upon delivery, and STF Diamonds is not responsible for these charges. Customs policies vary widely, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

Additionally:

  • STF Diamonds bears no responsibility for package deliveries affected by customs, address changes, or weather-related issues when shipping internationally.
  • Costs reasonably incurred by a refused international delivery (including, but not limited to, high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or restrictions imposed by the destination country) are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • If your international package is returned to us for any reason, you will be liable for the re-shipment charges. Choosing not to re-ship your order will result in a 20% restocking fee, minus any expenses incurred in preparing and shipping your order.
