Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement," "Terms of Service") carefully before using www.stfdiamonds.com ("the Site") operated by STF Diamonds ("us," "we," or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at www.stfdiamonds.com.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you but may be assigned by STF Diamonds without restriction. Any attempted transfer or assignment in violation hereof shall be null and void.

Neither party shall be liable to the other for damages arising out of or caused by defects or deficiencies in the proprietary information of either party, whether direct, incidental, consequential, or otherwise.

TERMS OF USE DO NOT APPLY TO SOFTWARE, PRODUCT OR SERVICE OFFERINGS: These Terms of Use do not apply to any product or service offered for sale on the Site. Those product or service offerings are subject to separate terms and conditions that accompany the applicable product or service offering.

ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION ON THIS SITE: STF Diamonds is not responsible if information made available on this Site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this Site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. You further agree that STF Diamonds is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how that you or individuals acting on your behalf provide to STF Diamonds and its affiliates the right to use the name you submit in connection with such material, if they so choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all the rights to the content you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate any provision herein and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify STF Diamonds for all claims resulting from content you supply.

CONDUCT ON THE SITE: Some features on this Site may require registration. By registering at and considering your use of the Site, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. Some features on this Site may require the use of a password. You are responsible for protecting your password.

Intellectual Property: The Site and its original content, graphics, images, videos, features, and functionality are owned by STF Diamonds and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Termination: We may terminate your access to the Site without cause or notice, resulting in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Links To Other Sites: Our Site may contain links to third-party sites not owned or controlled by STF Diamonds. STF Diamonds has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States (USA) and California without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Product Information: We handcraft all items based on options that a customer may order, including design, size, type of metal used, color of metal used, quality of metal, quality of diamonds, color of diamonds, etc. We develop custom products, including but not limited to pendants, bracelets, necklaces, custom engagement and wedding rings, and more.

Refunds and Exchanges: All sales are subject to our Return and Exchange Policy.

Changes To This Agreement: We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Arbitration: For any disputes or discrepancies, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Any controversies or disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the then-current Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Copyright and Trademark Notices: All contents

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the agreement will remain in place.
