FAQ

Is this real gold?
Yes. This chain is solid 14K two-tone gold — stamped and verifiable, never gold-plated, gold-filled or hollow.

Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
No. Solid 14K gold does not tarnish, fade or discolor skin the way plated jewelry does. It is also well tolerated by most sensitive skin.

Does it have any stones?
No stones — this is a solid-gold design. The sparkle comes from hand-applied diamond-cut faceting on the metal itself, so there is nothing to loosen or fall out.

Does "diamond-cut" mean it has diamonds?
No. Diamond-cut is a finishing technique: a jeweler cuts tiny facets into the gold itself so the metal throws light like a faceted stone. We use the term the way jewelers do, and we say so plainly.

What lengths are available?
16", 18", 20", 22", 24", 26". If you are between lengths, size up — gold is easier to shorten than to add to.

Who is this chain for?
Unisex — the foundation piece. Wear it alone, layer it, or hang a pendant from it.

How fast does it ship?
Every order ships from our Los Angeles showroom with tracking, packed in STF DIAMONDS packaging.

Straight Answers

Chains & Necklaces FAQ — Frequently Asked Questions

Is this real solid gold?

Yes. Every piece we sell is solid 10K or 14K gold — never plated, never filled. It carries real weight, holds its value, and can be cleaned, polished, and repaired.

Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?

No. Solid gold doesn't tarnish, flake, or discolor skin the way plated jewelry does. A soft cloth and warm soapy water now and then is all it needs to keep its shine.

How do I find the right size?

Text us a photo or your measurements and we'll help you pick a size. For chains and bracelets we'll recommend a length based on how you want it to sit. Please double-check size before ordering — all sales are final.

Is this a good gift?

Solid gold is the kind of gift that outlasts the occasion. Every order arrives gift-ready in STF DIAMONDS packaging, and our team can help you choose a piece within your budget — just text us.

Can I see it in person before I buy?

Yes — visit our showroom in the Slauson Super Mall, 1600 W Slauson Ave, Los Angeles. Come in, try pieces on, and talk with our team. Walk-ins are welcome during showroom hours.

Do you make custom pieces and nameplates?

We do. Tell us what you want on our Custom page and we'll quote it, confirm every detail with you, and ship it from Los Angeles. Custom and personalized pieces are final sale once production begins.

Can I return or exchange this?

All sales are final — we don't offer returns or exchanges, so please check the item, size, and metal before you order. If a piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos and we'll work with you to resolve it.
